Delivery Policy

Standard delivery (turnaround) is 3 business days from when we've received both your payment (deposit or full amount, depending on method) and your business brief — whichever comes later. More complex Pro/Max builds may take slightly longer; we'll always tell you upfront if that's the case. Final delivery includes handover of your website files and domain access once any remaining balance has been paid.

Deposit & Payment

• Paying via EFT: a 60% deposit is required before any work begins, with the remaining 40% balance due before final handover. Always use your business name as the payment reference.
• Paying via PayFast: the full project price is charged upfront, so there's no balance left to pay on completion.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time by emailing hello@alegacyco.co.za. The same process applies regardless of how you paid — it's simply applied to whatever amount you've actually paid us (your 60% deposit if you paid via EFT, or the full project price if you paid via PayFast). Please note:

• If you cancel before any design work has begun, the amount you paid is refunded in full, less a 10% processing fee.
• If you cancel after design work has begun but before final delivery, a 10% cancellation fee (of the total project cost) is deducted from any refund due, to cover work already completed.
• EFT payers only: if you do not pay the remaining balance within 30 days of receiving your preview, we'll treat the order as cancelled on your side, and the same 10% fee applies before any deposit refund.

Refund Policy

• Amounts paid are refundable, less the 10% fee described above, if work hasn't been completed and delivered — this applies equally to an EFT deposit or a full PayFast payment.
• Once your final website has been delivered (and, for EFT orders, the balance paid), the project is considered complete and is non-refundable
• Refunds, where due, are processed back to the same account payment was received from, within 7 business days

Preview & Revisions

You'll receive a preview of your site before anything is finalised or made public. Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included; further changes beyond that may carry a small additional fee, quoted upfront.

What We Need From You

Turnaround time starts once we have everything above — your brief, contact details, and (if applicable) your logo or any photos you'd like used. Delays in providing these will delay your turnaround time accordingly.
